THE DESIGNER

Born and raised in a region with plenty of footwear manufacturing, in Rio Grande do Sul, he works in this industry since very young age. A shoemaker by definition, at the age of 12 he was already between raw materials and equipment in shoe factories.

With extensive experience in business management, he places his knowledge at the entire corporation’s service, contributing to the creation of strategies for the different business aspects of BISCHOFF GROUP.

The designer’s collections have the typical Brazilian energy and creativity. Its lines enhance the feet silhouette, while the boldness of mixing raw materials with different textures and nuances brings unprecedented results. Going beyond trends, he created the “Jorge Bischoff Concept”, in which the application of metals always happens, customizing the models and establishing a self-identity. Items that add even more value and uniqueness to the products signed by him.

In 2003, driven by his restless and dynamic nature, carrying the experience acquired over the years, he created the JORGE BISCHOFF brand, with items that distinguish themselves thanks to their exuberance and unique personality.

Five years later, in 2008, he started the franchising system, which today takes his products to tens of exclusive points of sale in all Brazil and abroad, along with the distribution program for multi-brand boutiques, that represent the brand in more than 50 countries, in all continents.

Recognized as one of the most important designers from Brazil, Jorge Bischoff had his signature eternalized in 2015 in the book Traços de Valor, a publication that emphasizes the most important national stylists.
